Please contact us to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You must have an RMA number in order to receive reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be refunded only for the cost of the item(s) you purchased.&nbsp;&nbsp;The shipping cost associated with originally shipping your item(s) to you will not be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Defective Merchandise&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Defective merchandise can be swapped for the same item only,\u00a0within 7 days of purchase,\u00a0provided it is in the original packaging, with the serial number and\/or lot number paperwork included in the package. Defective merchandise is considered not to be in operational working order.
