Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to health industry standards we cannot accept the return of any used personal merchandise

You can return your unused personal merchandise provided it is in its original packaging and you have your original receipt of purchase. Please contact us to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You must have an RMA number in order to receive reimbursement.

You will be refunded only for the cost of the item(s) you purchased.  The shipping cost associated with originally shipping your item(s) to you will not be refunded.

Defective Merchandise 

Defective merchandise can be swapped for the same item only, within 7 days of purchase, provided it is in the original packaging, with the serial number and/or lot number paperwork included in the package. Defective merchandise is considered not to be in operational working order. Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label.  You must have an RMA number in order to receive your new item.
