Refund and Returns

  • Customers may request an exchange if product received is incorrect, damaged during delivery or has a manufacturing defect.
  • Due to patient safety, hygiene, and regulatory considerations, used medical devices, opened sterile products, Single-use, Consumables and disposable products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
  • All returns must be returned within [7 days] from the date of delivery, in the original packaging, labels, manuals, certificates, and accessories. Returns must also be accompanied with Order details, Reason for return, Supporting photographs/videos, Proof of purchase.
  • If the return is deemed valid, BH Enterprise Sdn Bhd will replace the product 1 to 1.
  • Customers should not send products back without prior approval.
  • Once the returned product has been received and approved for return, BH Enterprise will process it within 7–14 working days.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • All warranty claims will be subject to manufacturers terms.
  • We reserve the right to make the final decisions on returns/exchanges and to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
