Time Markers

The Sapi Med Time-Markers are markers made up of hemispherical granules that can follow exactly the path of food throughout the digestive tract and in particular in the intestinal tract without altering the digestive and intestinal function in any way.

The use of Time-Markers allows to locate any intestinal transit problems due to narrowing of the lumen caused, for example, by stenosis, compression, localised peristalsis slowing. Through the comparison with regular transit times, therefore, the use of Time-Markers can facilitate the identification and the importance of any problems and the consequent decision on the therapies to be adopted.
